We stayed at Cabrillo Marina in San Pedro from September 11th, 2011 until September 17th when we started the first leg of our sometimes shaky voyage home.
We did a bit of walking and exploring of the marina while waiting for all the gear to show up.
An episode of Shameless was filming on a yacht just a few slips down from us.
Try as we might we did not recognize anyone. But then we haven't seen the show either.
The eagerly and not very patiently awaited new sail went up on September 16th (thank you phone for dating photos for me)
Pictures make things appear so easy, but putting this sail on was a pain in the a** and James had some serious tinkering to do with the old sail slides in order to get them to work on our sail, since the brand new sail slides on our brand new sail didn't fit our very old track.
And this is the last we saw of Cabrillo Marina and San Pedro.
